COMMUNITY GIVING

At Divine Savior Healthcare, we are making a difference, both on-campus and in our communities. From building strong partnerships and starting new collaborations to being proud of local events, Divine Savior Healthcare makes it a priority to work together as a team.

Divine Savior Healthcare is proud to offer the following programs:

HEALTH LITERACY PROGRAM

Staring in January 2016, Divine Savior Healthcare, Portage High School and Wisconsin Area Health Education Center joined together to form the Portage Health Literacy Committee. This group focuses on improving communication and helping others navigate and understand the healthcare system.

The most recent project, the committee works with high school and college students to learn about their understanding of health insurance. This is a student lead project, educating other students and community members about the importance of health insurance and what to expect when getting health insurance.
